Barbara, on this message board on 06 Sep 2003, a Charlotte Boykin entered message #8758 re David Green, 1790 Census,Laurens Co. SC. She says David may have married a Peggy (Margaret) Hestelow in GA in 1815. How many Hestelows could there have been? There must be a relationship somewhere.

Also, check New Kent VA, for the St. Peter's Parish records re the Green family that settled in Laurens Co. SC.

My gr-gr-gr-grandfather, Elisha Casey, is listed in Zachariah Green's will as a nephew in Laurens Co. SC. He moved to GA before 1820. We don't know the names of Elisha's parents. If you find them, please advise.
