Judy,

According to the National register of Historic places,
there was a County Training School in Laurens
County that has been torn down. ( It was off West
Mill Street, had it's origin in Gray Court and was
re-located.) It was built 1924 and demolished in 1954.
It became an accredited High school in 1948.
