Eli Rhoden's son and grandson left to come to Texas. On the way both son and son's son wives died of fever. they remarried from same family in Georgia. Father's wife was named Caroline. The son's son was named Sam who was my Grandfather's daddy. Did I confuse you? My Aunt has traveled all over tracing the Rhoden's. She gave me these details. Her name is Lillie Dawson from Ingleside, Texas.
