I am looking for info on JOSHUA H. BROWN who married a REBECCA MCMAKIN, sister of JANE AND MARY MC MAKIN and daughter of JAMES MCMAKIN, deceased 1808. Jane and Mary gave Joshua H. Brown the power of attorney to represent them in the sale of a piece of property in Spartanburg about 1819.

Does anyone have info on any of these people and/or info on how I could obtain a copy of court record/s listed above from the courthouse?
