This is several years late,perhaps too late,but I just happened across your query.
Chicora Wood Plantation was owned by Mrs.Vaughn Andrews Waddell in the
1950's. When she died in 1961 her nephew, T. W. (Billy) Andrews inherited it.
We purchased it in March 1984 and still own it.
