This is a transcript (by me) of the WPA transcript of the will of Richard NEELEY.

My particular interest here is the daughter, Jane. Does anyone know who and when she married?

Of the NEELEYs listed in the will, only John and Ann are in the 1800 census. What happened to the rest of the family? Victor, for instance. Apparently he was of age when the will was written.
