My map is very hard to read. Starting at Terrible Creek and going north, the next creek is given as Rock Creek with a tributary called Rocky Branch. Next north is Beaver Creek.

Looks like Ashford's Ferry Road (now 34, if I'm interpreting several maps correctly) is between Terrible Creek and Rock Creek and my map shows no creeks between those two.

Looking at another more detailed and more recent (see a grant dated 1824) map I see Shadrack Branch south of Rocky Creek, Shadrack Branch enters Broad River north of 34/Ashford's Ferry Road. Another unnamed creek runs through the 300a of William Strother south of 34/Ashford's Ferry Road. Terrible Creek should be south of that, but is not on this map.

I'd be happy to send you a copy of these maps.
