Melanie,
I cannot help you with the parents of Elizabeth, but found the following info on John and Elizabeth Mayo's family in Equity Court Records for Fairfield County.

In Bill for Injunction 1825 #7, filed on April 19, 1822, Jacob and Andrew Feaster vs. Thompson Mayo
John Mayo died on November 17, 1817, lists six children but not Elizabeth and Hannah. Has Sarah Mayo marring Albert Beam, Nancy Mayo marring Osmund Mayo and Morning Mayo marring John Floyd, this Bill also has a copy of John's will and plats of his property.

In Bill for Partition, 1828 #6, filed January 11, 1827, Thompson Mayo vs, John Floyd and wife and others has basically the same info but says that Elizabeth Mayo-wife of John Mayo died in 1826 and that Nancy Mayo married James O. Mayo, has a plat of the property.

In Bill for Relief, 1829 #2, filed April 23, 1827, Jacob Feaster vs. James O. Mayo and Nancy Mayo again has basically the same info but has Nancy also as Ann and marring James Osburn Mayo and included John Mayo's will

In Bill for Partition 1845 #23 filed May 30, 1845 Washington Mayo vs. Nancy Mayo has Thompson Mayo dying on September 13, 1843 with the following family:
Nancy-wife and children: Washington T., Phillip R., Grace who married David T. Montgomery, Sarah E., and Nancy

Here is a records on Albert and Sarah Beam:

In Bill for Relief, Separation and Maintenance 1821 #7 filed May 9, 1821 Albert Beam vs. Sarah Beam, Sarah wanted ot separate from Albert, had two daughters Elizabeth-age 11 and Susannah-age 9
