John Purves m Eliza Ann in 1775 and moved with her to Long Canes, 96th District, now Edgefield CO. He was a RW soldier and prominant landowner. He died 1792, she died 1813, both in Edgefield County. He was a presbyterian. Can anyone give me a lead on possible graveyards? Is there a book on colonial era graves in Edgefield County. Thanks
Gerald Purvis
