The first deed you are looking for is in Deed bk 22 pgs 442-443. I couldn't find the deed for Richard to Barkley Martin but I did find this:

WHITFIELD BROOKS Esqr, Commissioner of the Court of Equity, to WILLIAM THURMOND, Deed, 5 August 1816, Whereas MATTHEW MIMS and wife ELIZABETH, JAMES H RANDOLPH and wife ANN, RICHARD H TUTT and wife MARY, and ELIZABETH TUTT on her own behalf and as guardian to her children, petition for partition, state they are heirs of RICHARD TUTT decd who died intestate in 1807 possesed of considerable real estate; land could not be divided, recommend sale of same. To be sold at public auction 5 August; openly sold, WILLIAM THURMOND for One thousand two hundred fifty two Dollars fifty cents, he being the highest bidder. On Bird and Cuffeytown Creek adj lands of DAVIS WILLIAMS, PLEASANT THURMOND, heirs of RD TUTT decd, WILLIAM THURMOND, THOMAS MORTON. Wit BARKLEY M BLOCKER, RICHD H TUTT. /s/ WHIT BROOKS.
