On 16 March 1808, Uriah Collum executed his will, which was admitted to probate the following May. He, 'being sick & weak in body but of perfect mind & memory' left one-third to his wife Jamina, rest divided among "three youngest chn. viz: Isom, Henson & Uriah". Excepted tract of 110 acres on Chinquepin Waters in Lexington Co SC & feather bed and furniture, which he left to eldest dtr. Elizabeth, then unmarried. Jaminia's [sic as to var. in spelling of name] was Obadiah Johns. Among witnesses was Obadiah Johns, Junr.
