COCHRAN on 1850 census

Am looking for info on Charles W. and Charity COCHRAN listed on the 1850 Edgefield census. The children listed are John W., Martha, Francis, Mary and Jane. Also listed are Isaac A. and Eliza (Elizabeth?) BELL with their twins, James A. and Sarah. I am assuming that "Eliza" is one of the COCHRAN daughters.

James A. is my Great Grandfather, and I know that he was taken to TX at a young age. I have found a Francis COCHRAN on the 1870 census for Dewitt Co., TX, the county where my Grandfather, James A., Jr., was born. Am assuming connection here.

Any help and/or info will be greatly appreciated. Private email will be fine.

Tootsie
