Margaret, I also would love to get a copy of the wagon train article. My ancestors, STEVENS, from Edgefield County left for Mississippi in the 30's and eventually wound
up in Gonzales County, Texas.

Also does anyone know if the wagon tains that
left the Edgefield area in those days had records of who the members were of each wagon train similar the the records that immigration ships kept of their passengers.
And if so, where would a genseeker find such wagon train records and info?
