Sharpton, Margaret of Edgefield

The 1840 list of Rev.War. pensioners for Edgefield indicates that James King, a pensioner, was living in household of Margaret Sharpton. The 1840 census of Edgefield indicated that she was 82 years old and that she had living in the house a free white male between 70 and 79 years old. This was likely James King. Margaret was no doubt a widow for she had 5 free whites, 2 free colored and 30 slaves. I am trying to learn if she had any relationship to James King. Was she James King's sister? Two King families are included on the 1790 Edgefield census, James and adjacent to him, an Elizabeth with others in the household ands she was also a widow, perhaps James's mother. Can anyone help with any info on this Margaret Sharpton, what was her maiden name, What Sharpton was her husband, what was her relation, if any, with James King ? Thanks, Ed King
