So sorry but I am just now seeing this post. Genforum use to notify me when someone psoted but I case that is no longer the case. You were correct and here is the abstract for you.

Deed Bk 15 pg 213-216 PETER JONES and wife MARY to WILLIAM GUTREY. Deed, 19 Oct 1797, 45 pounds, 400 acres granted to MOSES JONES 28 Oct 1795 and sold by sd MOSES JONES and wife ELIZABETH to sd PETER JONES 16 Sept 1797, lying on Mountain Creek and Horsepen Creek excepting two acres where a meeting house is begun near branch od Mountain Creek; also 38 acres part of 500 acres granted to MENOAH WITHERINGTOn on 17 Aug 1796, by sd MENOAH and wife SUSANNA sold to PETER JONES 19 Oct 1797, bounding on land granted to ALLEN GLOVER, road from Cambridge to Augusta, branches of Mountain Creek and cuffeetown Creek. Wit SHADK STOKES, GOLDBERRY GARNER. /s/ PETER JONES /s/ MARY JONES. Proven 13 Mar 1798 by SHADRACK STOKES; JAS HARRISON JP. Recorded 13 Mar 1798.
