Benjamin Dean married Mary A mnu. He was father to John born abt 1842, Berrian abt 1845, Emily abt 1846, Pinkney abt 1849, Polena abt 1851 and Elizabeth abt 1856. Does anyone know if he is part of Absolem and Elizabeth Charity Malonia Abney Dean's family. His wife and some of his children were living near Marcus Lafayette Dean in Haralson Co, Ga in 1880. Is there a marriage license in or near Edgefield Co, SC for Benjamin & Mary A? Was he a brother of Marcus, that may have gone by another name?
