John H. Parker & Honor Smith

I am trying to find information on the parents of John H. Parker. He was born in SC circa 1808 and married Honor Smith. Some of his children were born in SC: Robert Ransom, Daniel Joseph, John Stafford and maybe Willima Pinkney. Would appreciate any help you can give. Thanks.
