Rays in Edgefield co SC in early 1800's

Searching for info about the Rays or Reas or Wrays living in Edgefield co SC in the early 1800's. there was a Mathew or Matthew Ray who went with William Head and his wife Henrietta Ray who were from Clarke co Ga and a James Ruston or Rushton who lived in Edgtefield co SC to the Creek Indian lands which is now Alabama in 1810. Would anyone have a Henrietta Ray in their records? Shw was born probaly in the 1770's. Also would anyone have info about a Mathew or Matthew Ray who was born possibly in 1788 and might have been the son of Andrew Rea. Thanks
