I'm not a Roundtree researcher but have some info. that may help. I have in my files that Jesse Roundtree was the son of Job Roundtree. Jesse was supposedly never married.

Edgefield Co. SC Will Bk A, p. 163 21 Feb. 1799 Christian Roundtree gives to son John a negro boy Bob and bed and furniture
to daughter Dice one negro Barsheba and wearing apparel,
-to Dudley a negro boy Jake, and to Noah I give my mare, also to two youngest sons Dudley and Noah $48.50 and my other bed. to my younges son Noah, I give one negro boy named Primus, Stephen, Jude, a wench and her child Edmunds I leave with my son John and my son in law Andrew Glover to work or hire out for the benifit of my two youngest sons. I give to my four children to be divided equally $100.00 and to my youngest sons Dudley and Noah all my cattle
