Hi Patsy,
In the interest of time, I'm going to give you the posting sites, I've posted my information on, concerning the James M. Smith family. At any number of the family surname or county sites, you can find my posting history under my name, but I've noted there are two other Kims that are posting too. One signs off with a lower case "k" and the other signs off like I do, with just my name. You'll find my most recent finds deal with April and May of 2005. That's when this family seemed to 'give up' some real clues! :)
Anyway, you'll find a good explanation at the following genforum sites. Price family forum: #12483, 12484, 12604, 12608, 12967. (There may be others) Smith family forum: 52333. Edgefield County forum: 1046. Holloway forum: 3364. Please read through that information, that should get you up to speed as far as where I'm at now in researching this family. I hope this helps! Write me with any questions.
Kim F. Lee
