I am looking for information on Preacher Colson...He may or may not have actually been a preacher (pastor of a church). I am doing some research for a friend. This Preacher Colson was his great-grandfather. He thought his great-grandfather was a preacher of a church, but could it be possible that his given name was "Preacher" and his surname was "Colson". He lived in Colleton County int he mid-1800's and may have live near Walterboro. Any information that you find would be helpful. Please send anything you find to;
