yes, jan lowery my cousin from fla, sent money for a tracer to look for a will in probate,,but found nothing ,,but if you hear anything on jacob bennett please let us know ,,his first wife is who we are looking for on the 1880 census it list her as laura,,,,we always thought she was a kicklighter,,,but rusell kicklighter said no,,,,,but he did say that heneritta kicklighter married j.r.(jim) carter,,and some time after 1880 and before 1884 when jacob bennett married mary elizabeth bishop,,,,,that heneritta ,and her set of twins ,,along with laura and her 3 younger children ran away,,,he said they they took the horse and buggy to branchville,s,c, and took the train to galvastion, texas,,,,jim carter and jacob bennett tryed to catch them but the train had already left,,,,,,they were never heard of after that,,,,,,but he did say laura was a sister -in-law to heneretta kicklighter,,,i thought maby she was a sister of jim carter,,,but i can't find a jim carter,,,rae
