I am researching John B Pitts b 1812 who was married to Elizabeth b 1811. They are in the 1840 census in this county with some children and later moved to Dyer, TN, 1850 census and had a few more children including my gggrandfather. In 1860 they were in Saline, AR and John died sometime around 1869 there.
My information has his father as John Pitts who does show up also on the previous census years.
