Nancy Jane Purdue, called Jane. She was born in May 1827 in Cheraw, Chesterfield Co., SC, died after 1901, and was buried at Big Oak Church, Montgomery Co., NC. According to the 1900 census, she had five children and four were living. She first married _____ Purvis (?).
