John Wesley THREATT , a son of John Avery THREATT and Harriett KNIGHT, was born in March 1859, in Chesterfield County, SC. He died in March 1934, and was buried near Pageland at the White Plains Cemetery. He was married to the former Elizabeth "Lizzie' KEY (1864 - 1932), daughter of Pleasant Peter KEY and Elizabeth "Betsey" PLYLER. They had the following children:
