Yes, the Perry Clinic is still in Chesterfield. But Dr. Jerry and Dr. William no longer practice medicine there. They are both old and retired. But they are both still living. The building is still called the Perry Clinic and it is still located on #9 in Chesterfield. Several other doctors have practiced in the location/building.

Babies are only delivered now at Chesterfield General Hospital in Cheraw.

My understanding is their father use to also practice there.
