Matthew,
Thank you for your reply to my posting. Do you have any info on where Matthew and Jerusha are buried? I found the old Darling Rushing Cemetery last week way back in some woods near Mount Olive Baptist Church in Anson County, N.C. but if they were buried there, the grave was unmarked or worn so bad it could not be read. It is a big cemetery for an old family cemetery.
I am doing this to help a friend (Jean Rushing) and I'm sure she would love share info with you. She does not have access to the Internet but I will relay your message. She is just getting started but cannot seem to make a connection going back very far.
