Little Berry Ogburn and Rebecca Rainwaters

I am trying to find documentation of lineal descendency for Thomas Ogburn (b.3 Oct 1806 in Chesterfield Co SC - d. 1883 Ft Smith Ark), son of Little Berry Ogburn (b. 27 Feb 1774 VA, d. 5 Mar 1856, Jefferson, Chesterfield Co SC), son of John Ogburn (b. 1740 in VA, d. 1785 in VA) who was a Rev. War Veteran. These are links I have been researching for years. Any clues from the ground in Chesterfield Co?

Also, Rebecca Rainwaters (b. 1774,Jefferson, Chesterfield Co SC; d. 1832,Jefferson, Chesterfield Co SC), wife of Little Berry, spent her life in Chesterfield Co. but I can find no record. The Rainwaters family was an early settler family in the county, I believe. Any Clues would be so appreciated. Thanks!!
