Lillie B. Steen...Do you know her parents?

I'm looking for the parents of Lillie B. Steen. Records show she was born abt. 1887 or 1889. Not sure of the year. Her middle name is unknown. She may have been given the name Lillian when she was born and later in life went by Lillie. She was native american.
She married Samuel Elliott Woodard ( changed later to Woodward)
It's important to note she was native american. It's possible her father was a steen from Norway. The mother possible full blooded Pee Dee. She may have been adopted as her death cert lists the parents as unknown
