This tract is known as the "Quick Land" is situated in a fine, healthy location on both sides of Beaver Creek and contains 890 acres. The growth is pine, hickory, black-jack, and dogwood etc. The pines have been used for one year in getting turpentine and yielded plentifully. There are quite a number of fine springs on the tract and several excellent building situations. The bottom lands are very rich. Terms made known at sale. J.C. Tarrh Sept 25th, 1856"
