I am seeking information about my GG grandfather, Franklin Mills who was born about 1836 in Anson County, NC. but moved to SC sometime after 1860 per census. His home in 1860 was Meltonsville, Anson, NC. He also appears again in the 1860 census Union, North Carolina.

Jane E. Mills b abt 1848
Empsey Crigle b abt 1810 to 1820
In Union (I realize the county name changed from Anson to Union):

W W Paxton
Adaline Paxton
John J. Paxton
Phebe L. Paxton
Were the Paxton's related. Who are Franklin and Isabella's parents? Was there a will? Any information would be helpful.
