Summary of Court action 1846 - GAINEY vs GAINEY

Sarah GAINEY, wife of Jacob GAINEY, died August 1835
Sarah and Jacob married in Anson County, NC, leaving only heirs husband sister.

her sister, Elizabeth, wife of Lewis GAINEY, had a son, William H. GAINEY who had a son James P. GAINEY

after Sarah died, Jacob GAINEY married Charlotte JONES. Jacob died 4 Apr 1845. On 1 Dec 1846, Charlotte married Amos LAMBETH. Charlotte had no children from either marriage.
