Hi, My grandmother, Clara Harriet (Peifer) Strohecker was born to Mike Peifer and Frankie(maybe Frances) Wishart in Centrailia, Il. She was 1/4 Cherokee, but don't know from which side. She had 2 brothers and 1 sister that were raised by other people. Harry and Frank lived in Chicago, Il., the sister moved to Scotland where she died. Don't really know anything about her.
