Charleston Death Records - Cemetery references

In the Charleston death records, microfilmed by LDS, the first entry on the far left side of the page is the place of burial of the deceased. Most of the time the cemetery name is given followed by initials such as "B.G." which I take to mean "burial ground" or "C" which I take to mean "cemetery.

Several of the individuals that interest me are shown as buried in "Trinity B.G." or "Trinity C. B. G." Any idea what cemetery that refers to? Based on where they lived in Charleston from the early city directories, it appears that this might be Trinity Methodist Church, but that is a guess. USGNIS shows a Trinity Cemetery on Edisto Island, but I don't know how that would relate to the area where the people lived. Some of the burial entries show the place of residence as Washington St., and that would coincide with what the city directories show.

Any help would be much appreciated.
