Perhaps Harmon CARR is connected to Hans CARR fl 1785 Orangeburgh Dist SC Halfway Sw Creek adj William HEATLY & George IRICK?

(I think this would be the right area.)

(So far, I've found nothing on J E & Elizabeth BURKETT CARR.)

I've noted an Elizebeth [sic] BURKETT (elderly widow) [LDS 1880 census) in the area of Pine Grove near Jacob DALLAS, Joseph JACKSON, Capus JONES & Margaret DUFFORD.

Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
