Isaac Toomer and his wife Rebecca Cunningham 1820's
Posted by: Margaret Jones (ID *****6452) Date: March 12, 2007 at 15:54:57

We are trying to find where Isaac Toomer and his wife Rebecca Cunningham who is said to be the daughter of John Cunningham [is she?] lived in Pendleton District in 1820.

Where was the land that he is supposed to have sold to Elisha Newton Towns, his son-in-law?

Did Elisha Newton Towns married Sarah Toomer, daughter of Isaac and Rebecca, in Pendleton District? Any suggestion where I should look?

When did the Toomers and the Towns leave SC for Mississippi?

Thanks for your help.

Margaret
