Fred
I saw an old post of yours here on James & Naomi Stuart and wondered perhaps do you know if they had a son named George W. b. 1827 and married 1st an Elizabeth with which he had 3 children John James b. 1850, William b. abt. 1856, and Thomas Lee b. 1859/1860. I assume Elizabeth died because in the 1870 Anderson Co. census George is married to Sarah Rebecca and has Louisa Victoria b. 1865, Augustus B. b. 1866 and in 1880 census has Miles b. 1871.
In the 1870 census Anderson Co. John, William, and Thomas are living with what I think are their grandparents James & Naomi..next door to George W. and his new family.
Can you possibly help me with any information on this.
Thank you,
Rachel
