The Paul Earle (Emily's father) home is located on state highway 187 about a mile south of its intersection with US 29. The house is a large, beautiful home on the right. The home in which Emily and Rock Smith lived was on Rainey Road about a half mile east from where it intersects with SC 187. This house burned sometime in the 1940's, I think. I lived in this area as a young boy. I don't know the location of a family cemetery. You might call any person named Rainey on Rainey Road and they would know.The address would be Starr, SC
