Please let me know if you ever find this cemetery.

The only Evergreen Plantation reference that I've ever seen, is that of the Evergreen C.M.E. church that is located 4m W of Starr.

Organized 1883

Formerly worshipped in dwelling house 1883 - 1885. Built 1885. Wooden frame 38 X 44, built in portico, bell and belfry , plain square windows and doors. Capacity 325, value of building $1600., value of land $200, total value of church property $1800.00. First settled clergy Rev. Sam Chandler, tenure 1883 - 1884. Present membership 193. This church was named after the Evergreen Plantation. 3 acres of land was given by Mrs. Elizabeth Rainey (white).
