James Shirley, Jr. b. 9/24/1803 d. 1862 married 2/15/1827 Rebecca Smith b. 5/16/1808 d.1872. (They had 13 children)

James Smith Alonzo Shirley b.1/30/1830 d.1863 married Frances Louvenia Hunter b. 1/20/1842 d.3/11/1927 (She married Asa Mills after death of James)
Mary Elzora Shirley b. 1858
Emma Rebecca Shirley b. 1860
James Franklin Shirley b. 1861

James Franklin Shirley b.12/28/1861 d.1/31/1927 married (1) Yancy Janie Shirley b.5/1/1862 d. 11/24/1904, d/o Aaron Yancy Shirley and Janie Amick. (They had 9 children) Married (2) Sunnie Capell Reed b. 2/9/1878 d. 6/14/1945, d/o Starlin or Starley Capell and Bernice Davis. They had 7 children. One son was my father, Otto Haynie Shirley.

Most of James Franklin's 16 children lived in Anderson County. I have more information I will be happy to share.
