Old Pickens is an area that's located NE of Seneca in Oconee County. There are about 6-8 cemeteries located in the general area. However, I did find one that had a few Hughes located there - it's the Old Pickens Presbyterian Church at http://sciway3.net/scgenweb/oconee-county/cemetery-txt/c149.txt. You need to tell me where you found your tombstone inscriptions and maybe I can be of further help.
