We beleive his parents are James Carson and Mary Magaret (Poly) Ziegler of South Carolina. Allen's records indicate that his parents were of Irish decent. Allen was born in South Carolina (Anderson or Pickens) Any information would be appreicated. Notify Administrator about this message?
