Abstracted from the Augusta Chronicle
Dewey Hobson Bandy, age 64 died at his residence in San Diego on 2-21-1987. A native of Aiken County and retired from the U. S. Navy after 20 years. Member of Bath United Methodist Church, Bath, SC. Survivors include his wife, Barbara H. Bandy; sons, Dewey Hobson Bandy, Bill Bandy and Jim Bandy, all of San Diego; sister, Mariam Bandy Addie, Graniteville, SC.
Note: Dewey Hobson Bandy, Jr. born 6-20-1922, Aiken County, SC. Son of Dewey Hobson Bandy Sr. (1899-1937) and Mae Lucretia Ergle (1899-1979).
