Updated information on this family: Descendants of Joel Saxon Generation No. 1 1. JOEL2 SAXON (UNKNOWN1) was born Abt. 1820 in England. He married MARY. She was born Abt. 1835 in PA. Notes for JOEL SAXON: I feel that Joel may have had a first wife because the ages of Mark, Neemis ? and young Mary are too old for wife Mary to have been their mother (slight possibility that she could have been Mary's mother but that would make her the age of 14 when she gave birth - possible, but not likely). ____________________________________________________________________________ LDS records have one Joel Saxon christened May 28 1820 at Saint Michael's, Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire, England Shows his father to be Samuel and his mother to be Ann LDS records also show one Esther Wild m to Joel Saxon 26 Jul 1840 Cathedral, Manchester, Lancashire, England (I assume it means St. Michael's Cathedral) _______________________________________________________________________________ 1860 Fed.
