Can someone shed any light on who this couple is?

E. F. Saxon married Miss T. F. Howard, 31 January 1883 in Tate County, MS.

I am trying to learn more about the parents of Eltira Franklin Saxon, b. September 1879 in Chickasaw County, MS; died 1924 in Hulbert, OK. His death certificate said his parents were E. F. Saxon and Felie Howard.
