Matt,
James Miller Saxon, son of Joseph Saxon and Melissa Attaway, is my great grandfather. Research indicates that Joseph is the son of Samuel and Jemina Attaway. However after this point there seems to be some confusion. Some say Samuel is the son of Benajah and Sarah Green and others say not. Do you have any records on this point? If Joseph, who would be brother to Augustus Allen, is the grandson of Benajah then he would be a descendant of Samuel c.1699 , and Mary Yancy. Help!
