Don't know that I am related but I am hunting my Reuben Ross and family and wonder if these 2 Samuel Saxon's are your guy and if you happen to have seen anything on my Reuben Ross or his father in law Isaac Green in your search. Both Reuben Ross and Isaac Green appear to have died in SC. Reuben sometime between 1775 and 1788 and Isaac Green just before May 1772 (will proved then. Will date was 1769 Isaac Green of St. Mark's Parish, Craven Co, SC)or know of the relationship of these families to your Saxon/Yancey families.
