It comes down to this....
There are other sur names in Europe which is close to savelkoul spelling... BUT, **BUT** ifyou are connecting SAVACOOL with SAVERCOOL, then you are WAY OFF! Savelkoul is Simply German..Dutch...at least since the 1600's or 1500's...before that may have went throughy Itally from Israel.
Now, Some or all Savercool 's were from Jacob and or Wilhelm..Yet, there is a possiblity that I have seen a Savercool in a gen. book which came into the usa in the 1900's. At that time, I knew that to be some misunderstood goof up.. But, if there could be such thing we should know it... Otherwise. Savacool = Savelkoul no such thing as Savercool. And no Frenchie
