I have just now began to research my Savell Family line this is my Paternal Grandmothers family. The reason I responded to your writing it is the one of the most recent.Seems like most of the querry is 1999.I think that i have found that my g-gd James Thomas Savell was the oldest son of Henry aron Lafette (this is not spelled correct. But, it is the same spelling of the town in La.Henry's wife was Sarah Jane (Higgbotham) again not spelled correctly.I responded to one of the querries and requested info also e-mailed the person but, no response.I would love to find out if any of these names connects with your line.My g-gd wife was named Mary Jane "Mollie" Underwood and they both are buried in the Prospect, Miss. cemetary. My aunt told me that my g-gd had a brother named Nun that lived in La. on a 1870 Neshoba Co. census I pulled up some information that fits-Henry had a son named James T. shown to be 19 at the time and a son named Annonges shown to be 3 years- what a name but it could be Non I guess for short. Please respond I do have a little more info on the rest of James T. and Mollie's children. How are you connected to the Savell Family? Thanks for your help.
