Kane, I strongly feel that Aaron Savell is buried in an unmarked gravesite in the Palestine Cemetery based on the following:
I have confirmed Aaron's death date by a printed sheet I have, taken from The Minute Book of the Palestine Baptist Church, Hinds Co., MS 1827-1875 which is in the Mississippi College Library. A list of church members at Palestine 10th of November 1827. Aaron joined by letter Jany 1828, died 9th Feb. 1832. I wonder where and which Baptist Church he belonged to before this? This could be a clue to his wife's name--. She couldn't have been dead too, too long since when Aaron died, William and Willoby were young enough to need guardians.
It would be great if some of Aaron's descendants (not my line) could put up a simple stone in his memory in the Palestine Cemetery.
Did you find any other Savells buried there?
